ANF Physical Test Roll No Slip:
ANF Physical Test is conducted for the Uniformed positions (BPS-16) to (BPS-07) which are prescribed above. For uniform vacancies, aspirants need to fulfill the physical test which comprises the Physical Measurement and multiple tasks given below.
- Candidates have to run 01 Mile in 07:30 minutes.
- After running the session aspirants need to do 22 Push-UPs in 02 minutes.
- Just after Push-Ups candidates have to do 22 Sit-Ups in 02 minutes.
